The 600 Restaurant at the Watergate, features chef Adolfo Olivera
of the original award winning Dominique’s at 20th and Pennsylvania Avenue. The creative menu features such notable selections
as Sea Bass, Filet Mignon with Smoked Shallot Zinfandel sauce, Australian Rack of Lamb(marinated and grilled with garlic confit
potatoes, roasted asparagus and juniper-cabernet sauce), Vegetarian Pastas and special soups. The chef and his staff
recommend that guests allocate two hours for dining to allow for an enjoyable experience and most importantly, adequate time

course prix fixe menu all evening starting at $29 and includes non alcoholic beverages.
